We just wanted to thank you for helping us with Pepper. We had a very hard time making her feel comfortable and you helped make it a whole lot easier. Your attention to pain management was just what she needed while she had some time to heal. The crate you let us borrow worked wonderfully. We are going to have to go buy her one now because she loves it. Even when we give her a choice to come out she chooses to stay in. So, thanks again for everything you did for her and for us.

We wanted to thank you for all your help with Pepper. We appreciate all your love you showed Pepper while we were there. Something about you was very calming to Pepper and when you were there with her she was a totally different cat. We wanted to bring you home with us but instead you gave us this crate (which we didn't really think would work) but actually she loved it. Now we will have to go buy her one. But Pepper hated her medicines, hated her e-collar, hated not being able to walk and jump around, and most of all hated those darn stitches, but with all your help, we have made it through the tough stage and just wanted you to know how much we appreciate you. So thank you very much for making life a little sweeter.

To the Wonderful Dr's and Staff at AEC,

Thank you so much for taking care of my sweet Max when he came in a week ago Saturday. My parents were so concerned and every one of you made an effort to comfort them as well as giving Max top of the line care. We have great news. The myeogram with Dr. P. showed no spinal damage and he is currently walking on 3 legs! He can go potty on his own and just started to way his tail again. I am so blessed to have my best friend back!

Thank you for treating him as your own, all of your effort and compassion did not go unnoticed.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of Eddie. Eddie left your emergency clinic and went to A&M Hospital for a few days. More than one doctor commented on what a great job you did removing all the air out of Eddie's chest. Without your quick thorough job Eddie would not be well today. Thank you for doing such a great job with my surgery and after care. You and the staff at AEC that gave me a ton of attention and had a hand in my recovery are wonderful. Dear Staff,

My husband brought our Chihuahua, Snowbell, into your office a few weeks ago. She was severely dehydrated and unable to maintain her body temperature. You called around 3:00 a.m. to let us know that she wasn't responding to treatment and suggested we take her to Texas A&M.

Snowball is now back home and doing great! The doctors at A&M were unable to diagnose what brought on the problem, but said the aggressive treatment she received while in your care was instrumental in her recovery.

Ms. S., (and others who looked after Jack),

Just a short note to say thank you so much for looking after Jack last weekend. He is doing lots better, we are happy to say! Your care and compassion for Jack and our family was wonderful. Again, thank you for getting some food down him Sunday night as you know we were so upset that he wasn't eating. It is because of people like you that make the world of veterinary medicine such a noble profession. We can't say enough thank you for caring, thanks for giving Jack a second chance!

This past Sunday I brought my two puppies Bo and Lexi Hart into your clinic. They were treated for toxic poisoning. I am happy to say that because of your quick and timely care, they are going to be just fine! The staff at Gulf Coast commented on what a great job you did with such little information as to what they got into. More than once the Gulf Coast staff applauded your efforts!! I just want you to know how wonderful your staff is and how thankful I am that you helped save my fur babies!

We would like to thank you for the kindness, concern and comfort you showed to us on Saturday, October 2^nd, when we brought our cat, Posey, to your clinic. Our decision was very difficult, but you helped to make it much easier for us.

Posey gave us 18 years of love and pleasure that we will always cherish. She now has her special placed under the big oak tree in our backyard with all of our other babies who have gone to the Rainbow Bridge.

Dear Doctors and Staff,

Harley and I would like to thank you all for Molly during her last days. I do so appreciate you finding out what her problem was. Of course, I wish with all my heart the outcome could have been different. Molly was such an important and special part of our lives. I feel so blessed that we had her in our lives for 14 years 8 months. Molly died at 2:45 p.m. on 10/4/2010. Everyone who met Molly loved her. She was an exceptional dog. So full of love for everyone and always so good. Thank you again.

I wanted to thank you for the care you provided to my cats, Shadow and Sugar. I appreciate the empathy and compassion you showed to me during Shadow's passing and Sugar's hospitalization. To the Staff,

Thank you so very much for the care you gave our sweet puppy, Jasper. He was such a sick little boy who fought so hard with all he had. Sadly, we had to put him down, as it ended up he did have Distemper. Thank you for your compassion you showed us and the care given to him. Dr. B., we appreciate everything you and the staff did for him. He died Thursday, June 17, and it was a difficult thing to do but he was in pain, even with pain management. We just wanted you to know.
